I was born and raised in Scarborough, a district of Toronto known for its diversity where over 70% of residents are visible minorities. Growing up there meant hearing five languages on a single bus ride, eating food from every corner of the world, and realizing early that inclusion isn’t just a design principle, it’s a way of life. That perspective has shaped everything I do as a designer and storyteller today.
